Dear Parents,
Here's s a quick review of what's new in kindergarten!
READING/PHONICS: We have completed units 5- 7 in Superkids club. In this student book the Superkids take turns thinking of fun things to do. Ask your child to tell you about the exciting adventures in this book. Please take time to review the stories and skills your child has learned in this book. In this book your child learned to write capital and lowercase Pp, Vv and Ww and to identify the sounds for these letters. Please practice reading with your child every day.
MATH: We are working on Topic 12 - Measurement
SCIENCE: This week we learned the importance of keeping our beautiful planet Earth healthy. We also planted seeds and learned about plants.
RELIGION: We are continuing to work on Unit 4. (Jesus wants us to Share God's Love)
