Immunization records

Copy of last Report Card (for grades 1-8)
Standardized test results (for grades 3-8)

Nursery Program: 3 Day Program
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:15 - 11:00 AM or 11:45 - 2:30 PM
Children must be 3 years old by December 31, and toilet-trained.
(Tues., Wed., Thurs.) mornings/afternoons $1700.00 (payable in 3 installments)
Payments are due monthly, June 1st thru March 1st.
There is a registration fee of $100.00, an activity fee for each grade and there are 3 mandatory fund raisers during the school year.
There is an activity fee of $50 for Nursery students, $100 for Pre-K students and $250 for all other students.
**Tuition paid in full by July 15, 2009 for the 2009-2010 school year will receive a 2.5% discount**
